It’s a Girl Thing

Tea parties while sitting on a plastic jar that once held animal crackers.

Using a hot dog bun costume for a table in her bedroom to host tea parties in a less formal setting.

The joy of dressing up another person starts young.

When only one of you can look good . . .

You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but don’t pick your friend’s nose.

Too many captions to choose from when there are really no words.

Dressing for the occasion.  Play time in the sink = galoshes, you know, just in case.

Pink tiara to match the pink rain boots.  Pretty dress held out daintily with one delicate pinky poised.  It doesn’t get much better than this.  It’s a girl thing.

Thanks JoLyn. I had to do some digging to figure out who Happy Mom is. Your kids all grew up! I barely recognized them until I scrolled down some more in your blog and saw pictures of you. I thought your Confessions post was awesome!
